KYC and AML Policy

This policy describes the identity verification and risk-review model of the platform.

Last updated: 2026-05-08

1. Verification steps

A user completes registration, confirms the email address, uploads the front and back of an identity document, uploads a selfie and provides payout account details.

An administrator reviews the submitted files and approves, rejects or requests more information.

2. Manual review

The platform uses internal manual KYC review. The admin panel keeps the review status, notes and audit trail.

3. AML and risk flags

The system flags high-value activity, repeated failed payments, duplicate transaction hashes, payment mismatches and withdrawals that need manual approval.

Risk flags create a review point for the admin workflow.

4. Holds and restrictions

The platform may delay ticket assignment, refunds or withdrawals while an account, payment or identity review is unresolved.
