1. Account eligibility
A player must create an account, confirm email ownership, complete the required identity checks and be approved before using real-money features.
The platform is intended only for adults. The exact minimum age and market availability must match the final production rules.
2. Registration data
The player must provide accurate registration details, including username, email, identity documents and payout account details.
A player is responsible for keeping login details secure and for notifying support if they suspect unauthorized account access.
3. Tickets and rounds
A ticket is issued only after the payment is confirmed, reconciled and accepted by the backend.
Each round remains open until the configured ticket limit is reached or an administrator closes it according to operational rules.
4. Payments and wallet ledger
Payments, ticket purchases, prize allocation, refunds, platform fees and withdrawals are recorded in the internal ledger.
If a payment is underpaid, overpaid, expired, duplicated or otherwise inconsistent, the platform may hold the ticket assignment until the payment is reviewed.
5. Suspension and review
Accounts, tickets, payouts or withdrawals may be placed on hold if fraud, duplicate identity, payment mismatch, sanctions risk or suspicious behavior is detected.
Administrative decisions are recorded in the audit log.
