Withdrawal requests go to admin review first.

An administrator checks the user status, KYC status, wallet ledger, payment history, risk flags and payout account before approving or rejecting.

Withdrawals may be delayed if payment records, ticket records, identity documents, bank details or risk flags require manual review.

Minimum withdrawal amount, maximum withdrawal amount, review SLA, payout provider and payout fees are set by the platform operator.
